It offers spiral bending capacity up to Ø50 mm diameter in high-strength steels.
Bends of flat steel (100x10, 80x20, 60x15) are also possible.

Bringing speed and automation to heavy iron machining processes, MATRIX 55 is an advanced automatic cutting line developed by GMS engineering. Its structure, suitable for high-volume productions, advanced touch panel control and minimal operator requirement, gives iron plants efficiency and flexibility.
Iron rods are fed automatically at the beginning of the line, and after cutting the collector is directed to the hopper. This system optimizes production flow while reducing labor costs.
Operating with a precision of ±3 mm, the system provides a minimum margin of error on each cut. With length sensors and a servo motor controlled cutting unit, consistently accurate results are achieved.
10.1” color touch screen makes programming easy with its user-friendly interface. Different sizes and cut quantities can be defined in advance, which makes it flexible and possible to mass produce.
The cut irons are separated according to their length and directed to different chambers. The collection module speeds up the workflow and improves work safety by ensuring regular stacking.
